I spent the last decade shipping web products — the first half inside a venture-backed startup, the second half as an independent consultant for small teams who wanted senior work without a senior-sized headcount.
I believe the best software feels inevitable — like it couldn't have been any other way. Getting there takes patience, taste, and a willingness to say no to features that don't earn their keep. That's the work I show up for.

What guides me
Three things I hold tight.
Clarity
Clear writing comes before clean code. If I can't explain the plan in a page, I don't have a plan — I have a hope.
Craft
The details matter. Not for their own sake, but because craft is what the user feels when they can't quite say why something works.
Candor
If something is off — the scope, the deadline, the direction — I'll say so early. The expensive mistakes are the ones nobody wanted to raise.
